Cooking a good biryani is very simple and traditional. This will give a great flavour and taste and perfect preparation for home. We just marinate the meat or chicken and later on cook it with spices along with basmathi rice. You can also give some garnish by decorate the biryani with peppermint leaves, cashews and raisins. It will give a great scent and the taste while eat.

My mom will cook biryani for me as usual. In fact, myself too made biryani before. Not very bad, it taste well.

Okay now we talk about the history of biryani.The word biryani is came from the Persian word Birian, which means 'fried before cooking' and Birinj, is the persian word for rice. There also various theories related to the origin of this biryani. Many histories says that biryani is originated from Persia and was brought to India by the Mughals.
