Now we will talk about vitamin D. It is needed for proper absorption of calcium that's in bones.Some of the foods that are high in vitamin D are egg yolks, fortified milk, fortified margarine. Vitamin D also can be gained by exposing skin in sunlight.
Vitamin E helps our body to protect cell walls and act as antioxidant. Its main sources are poly-unsaturated plant oil such as soybean and corn. It also high in leafy green vegetables, nuts and seeds.
Last but not least, vitamin K. Vitamin K is needed so our body can maintain proper blood clotting. It is essential when our body is wounded. High vitamin K foods are leafy greens leaf greens and spinach. It is also can be produced by bacteria in our intestine.
